I chose not to carbo-bomb myself this morning with donuts, pancakes and sugar, which is all too prevalent on the Rehoboth Beach main drag. Ice cream at 10am?!? "Noooooooope." - Lana Otto's delivered on a delicious protein-rich sausage egg and cheese English muffin breakfast sandwich and a tall cup of good coffee with REAL half-and-half. So satisfied right now!

Being a Rehoboth summer local for over twenty years now, we are always looking for new places to try, and Otto's is one we hope survives the constant restaurant turn over. At first glance the food is pricey but once you see the sizes, it's definitely worth it. We got subs and the old bay crab fries....so good. I would give this five or even six stars if I could but I was disappointed that on a holiday weekend (even before the holiday) they ran out of a staple-burgers! And they didn't even know until they had already taken someone's order and were going to cook it. No Bueno.

Great place near the main Boardwalk area. It's clean (not always a given around here), food is good and fresh. Yes, it's a bit pricey but the portions are huge, and it's not really any more than the other places around here. Owners are super nice. It was also great to find a place that didn't look at my kids like aliens (unlike all those other places that seemed offended to have children show up on the premises). We will be visiting often!

After a few days eating what can only be described as bad pizza and burger chains and booths on the beech stumbled on this place just off the main road. It's a small cozy sandwich place. The chicken sandwich is so so delicious. The only thing is it be nice if the bread was toasted or if a different style of bread was used since there is a lot of chicken the bread becomes mooshy trying to eat it and after one bite its a big mess specially if you do take out as the chicken salad keeps falling down. So maybe a heartier bread would keep it all together. The steak sandwich was at best so so very dry and not so tasty. I would stick with their chicken salad. They don't have a bathroom here so after you eat u have to wonder around for a washroom to clean those steak fingers.

My wife and I are early risers, and during off peak season it can make it a challenge to find a good, quick breakfast near the main strip of Rehoboth where we stay for mini vacations. We were lucky to come across Otto's - open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff was very courteous and prompt. Pricing is fair and the food was great. We ordered from the lunch/dinner sandwiches and were able to breakfast them up with eggs. They were awesome. Can't wait to try more of the menu items. We will definitely return again.

Having lived in Philly for several years, I'm very critical when it comes to properly constructed cheesesteaks. I went here for lunch the other day and I was thoroughly impressed with the cheesesteak I ordered since it was able to reproduce the essence of what you might find in a typical Philly sandwich shop. The fries I ordered on the side were also tasty, well cooked, and well seasoned. The overall price for my sandwich + fries was high however even for a restaurant located in a tourist town.

Little slice of Philly in Rehoboth Beach DE This place is awesome. Super fresh overstuffed sandwiches at a great price. Crabby Chicken cheese steak is crazy good!! Italian cold cut is perfect and Philly cheese steak is like non other. They literally slice the steak right then when you order it. This place is a sandwich gem. Very friendly owner/operators, great customer Service and did I mention everything is Fresh!! If you are looking for a fantastic sandwich while in Rehoboth Beach, Otto's is the spot!!

I fell in love with this little place when I walked in the door. Its clean, bright interior with fresh flowers drew me in, and the friendly staff made me want to keep coming back. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious, and the staff was very friendly. I had the bacon, tomato and cheese panini and added scrambled egg to it. The eggs were fluffy and delicious. We will definitely be back to try their lunch options.

We stumbled upon this place by accident after a day at the beach. They were very busy but the customer service was still excellent. The sandwiches are nothing fancy but they are delicious, everything is freshly made and you can taste a difference. The Caesar salad wrap was delicious, the chicken was freshly breaded and crispy. The dressing was also fresh. Great place for a quick bite without the frills. It is also a popular spot with the lifeguards if you want some eye candy.

Great selection on the menu and the food was delicious. Homemade mozzarella sticks and loved the sandwiches. Also...the atmosphere was very local and family feeling. Can't wait to go back!

Delicious and hearty breakfast sandwich! Service was awesome. Even down to the cute plate the sandwich came on! Cook/owner had his Eagles hat on, too. Very good. Definitely recommend.

These guys have great sandwich's, and I absolutely love their salads. I think their chef salad is very fresh, and reasonably priced. Typically I can get 2 serving out of it. The folks always seem very friendly. I think they do some sort of delivery to the boardwalk, but I'm not really sure how that works.

Stopped in for dinner and we had a great experience! The sandwiches are HUGE and delicious, and you can't find a better price. You have to try the hand-breaded mozzarella sticks! The Otto family is very friendly - this is a must stop for your visit to the beach!

Came to Rehoboth for the weekend with my girlfriend and Otto's was our go-to place in town. Really good sandwiches for a great price and service was exceptional. It's also at a great location just a block away from the beach.

Awesome place for cheesesteak and hoagies. Very friendly staff too. They were very accommodating and helpful. Had the best crab fries and dip. The bread was soft and made the sandwich. The Italian hoagie was perfectly made and seasoned. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
